It has never disappointed us over the 3 years we have had it. We sometimes juice as many as 15-20 lbs at a time for the holidays when everyone is here and then send everyone home with a gallon at times. Lemons, limes, and grapefruits are left with large amounts of pulp and juice in the half that was juiced.You press on the handle, it goes down to the point where the bottom cone makes a hole in the rind and then stops any further juicing as it hits the upper cone, so it just does not do the job on fruit sizes other than medium juice oranges....
