I was first a bit skeptical about the cost but it is worth EVERY Penny. I've had other juicers and this one by far is the most efficient. The pulp is almost dry! It's got some kind of grinder in it as well as the regular filter. When you fire it up, it sounds like a jet engine. It's also easy to clean just by spraying water on it. Much more easier than my Breville that I'm replacing.It's a bit heavy but very well made....
