This review is from: Wolfgang Puck Citrus JuicerThis is my first electric citrus juicer. It seemed to work okay in the first few weeks but now it doesn't work well at all. I put it away and may just throw it away. The Wolfgang juicer is loud (wakes up the sleepers in the house), hard to get started unless you manipulate the fruit just right on the plastic wedge and the plastic parts are very thin. I wished so badly that it would work well so I didn't have to get out my enormous commercial vegetable/fruit juice extractor but that is not the case. I am going to make a more careful choice on my next citrus juicer. I juice everyday and that might be why the Wolfgang failed. It is not a heavy duty daily-juicer. Maybe if one occasionally juiced they could get away with enjoying it. After reading voluminous reviews about other machines, I surmise that these lower-end juicers are probably all the same. For us heavy users (once or twice a day juices for families), we probably need to step-it up to a commercial unit....This review is from: Wolfgang Puck Citrus JuicerWe came back home in mid-July, and I've used this juicer ever since. It's simple, solid, reliable: the juice strainer is easy to wash, and easy to install. The only flaw I found was that, occasionally, the juicer would slip in rotation as I was squeezing (which meant that the juice missed the glass I was filling with juice). I remedied that with a few vinyl "feet" (for $2.00) affixed to the bottom. No problems since....This review is from: Wolfgang Puck Citrus Juicerthe black plastic rotation part is very cheap and poorly built....am trying to replace the part and having no luck finding it...won't buy another one of his products...
