I'm a beginner at growing wheatgrass but this kit makes everything extremely simple with its step-by-step instructions. I was also surprised to find the instructions laminated which is a huge plus when your hands are wet from watering the grass or dirty from the azomite (organic fertilizer). It comes with a tremendous amount of seeds, durable plastic trays and healthy soil. I was able to slug my first oz. of grass yesterday and felt the detoxifying powers almost instantly (be advised fellow newbies, you will feel slightly dizzy as the twitgrass is a super potent force).
