At first everything was great-fast and easy. Then the Wheatgrass started wrapping around the osalator (sp?) and I would have to take it apart and unwrap the grass and rejuice. It started happening everytime, so I called the company, that was wonderful about the situation. The gentleman made a few suggestions and when they didn't work he sent me a whole new machine, even without returning the old one. Again, after a few great experiences, this one did the same thing but much less frequently. I buy my wheatgrass from a local farmer and I have only used his. So I am wondering if this problem could be with the wheatgrass itself? Not sure, but this has been my experience.
